Most People write great Blogs but don’t necessarily use the best means to promote them. That’s why I created this blog to share with you 3 quick ways to promote your blog. I found these ways thanks to This eBook. Anyways the 3 ways are pinging, back-links and forums.

First way - Pinging

Blog and ping is probably the most popular way that people use Blogs to promote themselves, probably because it does not take long to do. All you have to do is create a Blog entry then you Ping all the Blog Services. That will in a sense tell the search engines that you updated your Blog. This Method tends to get your Web Page and Blog
Pages indexed faster by major search engines like Google, MSN and Yahoo.

Second way – Blog links.

One of the best and easiest ways to promote your blog is having other blogs reference your blog and post a link to it. To do this you need to post comments to high traffic related blogs.

Third way – Forums
Gaining back links by posting on forums can be a very ethical way to get links but only if it is
done the right way. Many bloggers try to spam forums with a ton of links. BIG NO NO. All you need to do is join relevant forums to your topic. Second, you create your signature that will appear every time you post.
